Very on the ball, communicative and reliable
Communication was great and the service was also top notch. Kay drove us from Johannesburg to Kruger and we felt really safe with him. He was also really open in sharing and we enjoyed our conversation with him. Keegan was brilliant and attentive for our safari tour. Would highly recommend Knap Tours.Efficient and great!

Communication and service was way above and beyond. He ensured to stay connected at all times, and made sure my group was safe in pick ups and arrivals which were all very punctual and friendly people.
